My Story
I specialize in personalized asana sequences and yoga for fat loss, hypertension, diabetes, and sleep disorders, as well as improving flexibility, mobility, stability, and lung capacity. I also teach meditations, pranayamas, and mudras for all age groups.

My strengths include Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Iyengar Yoga, along with guided meditation and breathwork.
